Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, PI3K-p110-a, and TSC1. Each is linked with RAE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAE1-to-partner and partner-to-RAE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by RAE1-low versus RAE1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
