Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAE1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mirin, 5-Fluorouracil, and Niraparib. Each is linked with RAE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAE1-to-partner and partner-to-RAE1 results are reported.
