Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RADX Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RADX data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RADX Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RADX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, DLBC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RADX Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
