RADX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RADX mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RADX-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMB_AB3, 150412, and IAP_5620. Each is linked with RADX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RADX-to-partner and partner-to-RADX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LMB_AB3 grouped by RADX-low versus RADX-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RADX→partner) and Y-score (partner→RADX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
