Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RADIL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,785 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RADIL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABI2, RAI14, and RPS19. Each is linked with RADIL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RADIL-to-partner and partner-to-RADIL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RADIL versus ABI2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RADIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RADIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
