Across TCGA patient cohorts, RADIL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,651 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RADIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCSK4, EXD1, and RNA5SP25. Each is linked with RADIL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RADIL-to-partner and partner-to-RADIL results are reported.
