Across TCGA patient cohorts, RADIL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RADIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, TFRC, and eEF2. Each is linked with RADIL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RADIL-to-partner and partner-to-RADIL results are reported.
