Across TCGA cell cohorts, RADIL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,718 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RADIL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Spliceosomal complex assembly. Each is linked with RADIL in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RADIL-to-partner and partner-to-RADIL results are reported.
