Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RADIL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 555 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RADIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are DKKL1, OR1C1, and SSMEM1. Each is linked with RADIL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RADIL-to-partner and partner-to-RADIL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DKKL1 grouped by RADIL-low versus RADIL-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RADIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RADIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
