Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD9B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,253 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD9B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACIN1_S838, RBMX_S352, and SCAF11_S963. Each is linked with RAD9B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD9B-to-partner and partner-to-RAD9B results are reported.
