Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD9B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with RAD9B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD9B-to-partner and partner-to-RAD9B results are reported.
