RAD9B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD9B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,295 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS29, ZCWPW1, and TMEM116. Each is linked with RAD9B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD9B-to-partner and partner-to-RAD9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD9B versus VPS29 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
