Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD9A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,015 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, PPP1CA, and RMI2. Each is linked with RAD9A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD9A-to-partner and partner-to-RAD9A results are reported.
