Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD9A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 706 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6N2, RNU6-706P, and ABHD17AP9. Each is linked with RAD9A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD9A-to-partner and partner-to-RAD9A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6N2 grouped by RAD9A-low versus RAD9A-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
