Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD9A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mre11, PKC-a, and Rb_pS807_S811. Each is linked with RAD9A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD9A-to-partner and partner-to-RAD9A results are reported.
