RAD54L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD54L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,566 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD54L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QRICH1, RBM15B, and TRRAP. Each is linked with RAD54L2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD54L2-to-partner and partner-to-RAD54L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD54L2 versus QRICH1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD54L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD54L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
