Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD54L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,770 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD54L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELLS, CCDC150, and SKA1. Each is linked with RAD54L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD54L2-to-partner and partner-to-RAD54L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD54L2 versus HELLS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD54L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD54L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
