Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD54L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,368 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD54L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with RAD54L2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD54L2-to-partner and partner-to-RAD54L2 results are reported.
