The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAD54B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD54B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where RAD54B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
