Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD54B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAD54B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RAD54B mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD54B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RAD54B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
