RAD51B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD51B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD51B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CES1P2, TUBB1P2, and MIR6853. Each is linked with RAD51B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD51B-to-partner and partner-to-RAD51B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CES1P2 grouped by RAD51B-low versus RAD51B-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD51B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD51B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
