Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD51AP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAD51AP2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher RAD51AP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD51AP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

SCLC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RAD51AP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
