The most reproducible RAD51AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic nuclear division, Spindle elongation, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with RAD51AP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD51AP1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD51AP1 results are reported.
