Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD51 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAD51 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RAD51 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD51 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and UCEC are the cancer types where RAD51 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
