Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD51 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAD51 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAD51 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD51 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where RAD51 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
