RAD51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,037 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD51-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWILCH, MYBL2, and OIP5. Each is linked with RAD51 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD51-to-partner and partner-to-RAD51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 versus ZWILCH in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD51→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
