RAD51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,557 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD51-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, NCL_S67, and NUF2_S247. Each is linked with RAD51 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD51-to-partner and partner-to-RAD51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 versus NCAPD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD51→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
