Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD51 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD51-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP289, MTND5P22, and TSPY16P. Each is linked with RAD51 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD51-to-partner and partner-to-RAD51 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP289 grouped by RAD51-low versus RAD51-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD51→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
