Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD51 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD51-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, p62 Lck ligand, and PKC-a. Each is linked with RAD51 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD51-to-partner and partner-to-RAD51 results are reported.
