Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,358 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD51-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to cisplatin, Nuclear DNA replication, and Cell cycle DNA replication. Each is linked with RAD51 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD51-to-partner and partner-to-RAD51 results are reported.
