Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD50 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAD50 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAD50 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD50 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, BRCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where RAD50 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
