Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD50 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAD50 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAD50 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD50 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and OV show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and OV are the cancer types where RAD50 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
