Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,971 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAT2B, PHAX, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with RAD50 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD50-to-partner and partner-to-RAD50 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD50 versus MAT2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD50→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
