Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD50 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD50-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and MEK1. Each is linked with RAD50 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD50-to-partner and partner-to-RAD50 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by RAD50-low versus RAD50-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD50→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
