Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,742 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are R-loop processing, Negative regulation of telomere capping, and Regulation of mitotic recombination. Each is linked with RAD50 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD50-to-partner and partner-to-RAD50 results are reported.
