RAD50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 243 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD50-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIFC2, OR52H1, and BCDIN3D. Each is linked with RAD50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD50-to-partner and partner-to-RAD50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIFC2 grouped by RAD50-low versus RAD50-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD50→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
