Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD23BP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAD23BP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RAD23BP2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD23BP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and HNSC show a favorable association.

READ, KIRP, and BRCA are the cancer types where RAD23BP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
