Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD23B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAD23B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher RAD23B mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD23B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RAD23B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
