RAD23B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD23B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD23B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, TRAF2, and ECPAS. Each is linked with RAD23B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD23B-to-partner and partner-to-RAD23B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD23B versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD23B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD23B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
