Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD23B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,925 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD23B-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf85, ABHD17B, and RBM18. Each is linked with RAD23B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD23B-to-partner and partner-to-RAD23B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD23B versus C9orf85 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD23B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD23B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
