Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD21L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAD21L1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAD21L1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD21L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where RAD21L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
