Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,456 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2_S342, YTHDF3, and PDS5A_T1208. Each is linked with RAD21 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD21-to-partner and partner-to-RAD21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD21 versus ATAD2_S342 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
