Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,862 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD21-associated genes across cancer lineages are JADE3, RPIA, and ASXL1. Each is linked with RAD21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD21-to-partner and partner-to-RAD21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD21 versus JADE3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
