Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD21-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPNT2P, THRB, and OXSM. Each is linked with RAD21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD21-to-partner and partner-to-RAD21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPNT2P grouped by RAD21-low versus RAD21-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
