RAD21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD21-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, FASN, and ASNS. Each is linked with RAD21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD21-to-partner and partner-to-RAD21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by RAD21-low versus RAD21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
