Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,759 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region, Sister chromatid cohesion, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with RAD21 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD21-to-partner and partner-to-RAD21 results are reported.
