Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITIH6, TNFSF18, and PAMR1. Each is linked with RAD21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD21-to-partner and partner-to-RAD21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITIH6 grouped by RAD21-low versus RAD21-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
