Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,549 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Regulation of mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with RAD1P1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD1P1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD1P1 results are reported.
