Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,288 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD18-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPC24, UBE2C, and AURKB. Each is linked with RAD18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD18-to-partner and partner-to-RAD18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD18 versus SPC24 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
