Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,711 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD18-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, SNRPGP17, and SRXN1. Each is linked with RAD18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD18-to-partner and partner-to-RAD18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by RAD18-low versus RAD18-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
